LISTENING

Acquiring Clarity

When it comes to clarity, this is the number 1 goal everyone in the world is seeking to achieve in their personal and occupational lifestyles! The attainment of full clarity or acknowledged teaching, will allow you to completely understand what is going on in any situation and more importantly, provide you with the tools of knowledge and wisdom to provide a solution! Undivided focus is the fastest and most accurate way to attain clarity in anything and it is the discipline of focus alone that will separate your fails and victories! If you choose to multitask as many individuals do, simply understand that there is no possible way to commit 100% focus, to multiple things at the same time and therefore, you will not be working at 100% full efficiency and your results will speak for themselves! For other's opinions and more information on this topic, check out Googles #1 top-ranked website @... https://www.chiefmaker.com/how-to-get-clarity-and-focus/ and see what they are saying!

45-45-10 Rule

Applying the 45 - 45 - 10 rule is critically important when listening to anyone, anywhere! When people are talking, the majority of people have an extremely hard time listening to what that person is saying because 45% of the time spent listening, is wasted on thinking about what the listener will say next and an additional 45% of the time is wasted by the listener waiting for a gap to get their opinion or statement in! This means that only 10% of what is being said in the conversation will be heard by the listener! The reason why so many people have the speaker in a conversation repeat themselves... is simply due to the listener not listening fully in the first place! All of this can be avoided, by focusing strongly on what the individual is saying, and as a plural outcome, the listener will understand and also be praised for listening well! For other's opinions and more information on this topic, check out Googles #1 top-ranked website @... https://practicemastery.com/the-power-of-listening/ and see what they are saying!

Acknowledgment

When we listen to people speak or read some type of literature, 8 times out of 10 we are looking for the goods, the stuff that can benefit us, the stuff that perks our interests, or the things that will provide a solution, not the boring stuff. The problem with this is, when we take only the pieces we want to read or hear, we can at times miss the big picture! when we accept the truth or existence of something, we then have acknowledged what we are being presented with and if we practice tunning up our listening skills by way of disciplinary techniques, 10 times out of 10 we will achieve much more than what we bargained for! For other's opinions and more information on this topic, check out Googles #1 top-ranked website @... https://www.forbes.com/sites/margiewarrell/2019/07/14/so-you-think-you-can-listen-chances-are-you-have-plenty-room-for-improvement/#1068fd88556e and see what they are saying!

Retainment

The best way for you to retain the information that you learn is to use it immediately and repeatedly. There is input and then there is output, the input is all the stuff we learn about and jam into our minds, and that can be lots throughout the day, week, month, or year, although, if we are not out-putting this information... like the old saying goes with mathematics, if you don't use it, you will lose it! Well, the same goes for all of the stuff we learn! If you find yourself struggling with retaining the information within a book, one of the best methods of retainment, is to breakdown the amount you are trying to learn all at once. For example... if you are reading a 200-page non-fiction book and it is a bit difficult to perceive, simply slow down, take sections from the book and break them down until you understand it completely! Over time this will become easier for you and you will become far more proficient at reading books and more importantly... you will be able to accurately listen and understand, what they are telling you! For other's opinions and more information on this topic, check out Googles #1 top-ranked website @... https://www.psychotactics.com/art-retain-learning/ and see what they are saying!
