MENTORSHIP

Finding Mentors

There are 2 ways of finding mentors and that is offline and online! Online mentorship can be found in many areas ranging from major social media platforms such as FaceBook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and search engine optimization (SEO) such as Google, Bing, Yahoo, Baidu, Yandex, DuckDuckGo, Ask, AOL and also forums like Reddit and vlogger sites like YouTube! Offline mentors can be found through a wide array of places and people. They can be in your local professional offices within your community, they can be your friends, parents, siblings, cousins, aunts, uncles, doctors, police officers, firemen,  grandparents, associates, colleagues, pastors, teachers and even the people you would least expect to be mentors, such as the homeless and less fortunate! Never be too fast to judge a book by its cover! When you are seeking to hire a coach and especially online, ensure that they have some type of following and that their prices are fair and well within your budget and that what they are teaching, falls into the area of what you require to be taught! For other's opinions and more information on this topic, check out Googles #1 top-ranked website @... https://www.forbes.com/sites/kathycaprino/2014/09/21/how-to-find-a-great-mentor-first-dont-ever-ask-a-stranger/#32030dd7dfa1 and see what they are saying!

The 3 Types Of Mentors

There are 3 types of mentors in the world and they are the serendipitous mentors, the hands-on mentors, and finally… there is our hero’s! The first and most common form of mentors is serendipitous. Now, serendipity means making desirable discoveries by accident and if you are open and teachable, each person you meet can accidentally teach you something, which can advance your cause! Since there are no accidents, you must practice this discipline… every encounter, no matter how trivial, has the potential for serendipitous mentorship! The second kind of mentor is a hands-on mentor! Now, take a few minutes to scan back over your life and you will probably find that you have had many one-on-one hands-on mentors, from a high school coach to an aunt or even a friend! The third type of mentor is your hero’s! These are your heroes, who are bigger than life, they are your champions, your role models and the people who inspire you most! We encourage you to become an avid student of the lives and teachings of these people for your success depends on it! For other's opinions and more information on this topic, check out Googles #1 top-ranked website @... https://www.forbes.com/sites/kathycaprino/2019/10/22/how-to-land-great-mentors-who-will-help-you-build-a-rewarding-career/#4ed9d9cc31d0 and see what they are saying!

Gain Knowledge

There are a few things you must know about mentors. The dictionary defines the word mentor as a wise and trusted counselor or teacher and another common definition is a coach! Very few people achieve great success without personal mentors. Here are some reasons as to why mentors are required for our success!

A mentor can give us perspective, as we are often too close to see things objectively. We are caught up in the emotions of the situation, the fear, the excitement, the wonder, the anxiety, the confusion, and the overwhelming feeling of it all! A mentor is detached and can see things from a distance! A mentor can give us proficiency, as a mentor can fill in the gaps of our ignorance. In mastering any new task, an experienced mentor can simplify the process, guide us through the complicated parts, help us avoid the pitfalls, and warn us about the dangers! A mentor helps us avoid the most expensive kind of education in terms of time, money, and emotional pain! A mentor gives us patience! when learning any new skill, there is a learning curve and a mentor can teach us patience as we struggle through failure to achieve mastery! can you think of any successful people who don't have a mentor? Accomplishment

Success... success is very simple and anyone can do it! All you have to do is think up what you want to achieve, make a plan, and do at least one thing each day, that brings you closer to accomplishing the goal you have created! It's the doing part that that will become a challenge for you and especially if there are big blockages and very little support! At times you will want to even give up but it is at that very moment that separates the successful from the wish I could's! When setting up a goal, remember that it is systematic and it all starts with a big dream and if you can dream it... you can do it! Think about what you want to do, research the heck out of it, ask a professional about your findings, plan it out well by constructing a step system and by placing milestone markers in each one of those steps and then do your very best to do anything you can every day until you have accomplished what you set out to do! For other's opinions and more information on this topic, check out Googles #1 top-ranked website @... https://www.forbes.com/sites/ashiraprossack1/2018/04/27/how-to-be-a-great-mentee/#2ee08516512b and see what they are saying!
