Creating The List

Scheduling out your day or week can at times be a bit more challenging then you had planned and ultimately leading you to become much more perplexed than you would have desired to be. Although, having a schedule in place, "like a roadmap", allows us to navigate throughout the day with ease, provided that there are some simple mitigated basics set in place first! Time management is one of the biggest issues you will face when it comes to planning anything out and especially if you do not prepare for any form of error to all of a sudden pop-up! Having a backup plan can save your butt at times but even having the most elaborate of plans can sometimes fail! Don't worry about all that for now, just get started on the list. Time Stacking 

Time stacking is when you fill in the blocks on your schedule list, around the times that you have placed which are mandatory... such as sleeping hours, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events such as workable hours (9-5) or other time-consuming tasks like soccer practice for the kids or fitness training for yourself or whatever it is that you must do, throughout the days of the week! In the areas of time blocks that are not being used, these are the areas where you can insert any workable times towards your goals or methods of research or skill-building! We encourage you to try to anticipate and mitigate any possible errors that could potentially occur! These can be such things as a friend who needs a ride, a flat tire, a forgotten item at the grocery store that is critical for making your famous award-winning dish! The Top Priorities

When it comes to creating a scheduled list, your top priorities must come first before anything else and trust us when we say that this is critically important for you to follow through on! You see, the majority of people operate on a 15-85 structure and that is, they will spend 15% of the time focusing on doing critically important things and 85% of the time is wasted on meaningless things when those tasks could have been easily delegated to someone else! Keeping up with your priorities will teach you a great deal of discipline and with enough discipline in place...anything is possible! List Durations 

Any list that you create now will change dramatically in just a short duration, as the world and your life as you know it will always be in constant change! Planning out timeframes can be a little daunting at first glance, however, understanding that change will take place, allows you to prepare for that transition and allows you to operate in a much smoother, effective and efficient way!
