16 Hours A Day

We all get 24 hours in a day but it is what we decide to do within that 24 hours, that define who were are and how we live! If you are not busy dominating the day from start to finish the best that you can, well... the results will speak for themselves! Besides the recommended 8 hours of sleep a person should get each night (children even more), you have 16 hours a day to be doing things productively. Try to include at least 4 hours of any form of activity or exercise throughout the day. This can be cleaning the house or yard, going to the dentist's office, grocery shopping, walking the dog or cat :P, Etc. Getting Outdoors

There are too many individual benefits that happen to you when you explore the great outdoors, and we don't mean your front porch! Getting outside in a productive and meaningful way can open up a vast array of opportunities for you, from meeting new people, seeing incredible things like the sunshine :) to even building within yourself, a healthy habitual routine that can surely inspire others to get out and do the same! Construct A Plan

Everyone on earth has something he or she needs to be doing and more importantly... get done! Although staying well organized and keeping top priorities is important, we should not forget to instate a schedule for our daily exercises! Unless you are working 16 hours a day, there should be an ample amount of room for you to create an activity list around your busy lifestyle or at least incorporate one into your daily functions! Milestone Goals

Creating a goal in your mind is very easy, you think of something you want and there you have it!
